Terms of service

1. What you buy
Prepaid, perishable API credits and an API key with a usage limit. Credits are not money, carry no cash value and are not refundable once delivered.
2. Expiry
Same-day credits end at 00:00 UTC on the purchase date. Reserved credits renew daily while funded.
3. Upstream providers
Models are served by third-party providers whose own terms and usage policies also apply. Availability, models and prices can change without notice.
4. Acceptable use
Use must follow the Acceptable use policy. Keys used for abuse are revoked without refund.
5. Payments
Card payments are processed by a third-party processor and may carry a fee shown before payment. Stablecoin payments are final once confirmed.
6. Liability
Service is provided as is. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected credits.
